The following services are not included and are billed separately:
Clients who purchase Microsoft 365 licences directly from Microsoft are not covered under GippsHost Managed Microsoft 365.
Support for unmanaged Microsoft tenants is billed at GippsHost’s premium consulting rate and is not covered under any managed services or administration plans.
By proceeding with this agreement, you are engaging GippsHost to provide Managed Microsoft 365 services under a monthly subscription model.
This agreement is month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing.
GippsHost agrees to provide Managed Microsoft 365 services as described in this agreement.
