- New PC setup and data transfer from your old machine
- Hardware faults – fans, power supplies, motherboards and more

How our repair process works
We keep things simple and transparent from the start.
1) Get in touch
Tell us what’s going on – even if all you can say is “it’s just not right.” We’ll ask a few quick questions and suggest the best next step.
2) Drop-off or on-site visit
Bring the computer to us, or we can come to you if it’s easier – especially for business networks, Wi-Fi issues, printers and shared drives.
3) Diagnosis & estimate
We run tests, identify the problem, and let you know what’s involved. If we recommend parts or upgrades, we’ll explain why and what difference you’ll see.
4) Fix, test & handover
We complete the repair or upgrade, thoroughly test everything, and walk you through what we’ve done in plain English before you head off.

Your data and security come first
Your files, photos and business documents are often more important than the computer itself. Wherever possible, I back up before starting work and treat your data with care and confidentiality. If there’s any risk to your data, I’ll tell you upfront and talk through options like backups or data recovery.
Pricing & turnaround
Straightforward pricing. No surprises.
Most repair and upgrade work is billed at:
$132 per hour — billed in 15-minute blocks (GST included)
You only pay for the time actually spent on your job — not big round numbers.
We’ll normally assess the device first, work out what’s going on, and then give you an estimated cost before we proceed.
If something unexpected pops up during the job, We’ll always check with you before continuing — you stay in control the whole time.
As a general guide:
Simple fixes & software cleanup — usually within a day
SSD & RAM upgrades — 1-5 days depending on part availability
Deep troubleshooting, malware or data issues — can take longer
If it’s not worth repairing — We’ll tell you
Sometimes the honest answer is: put the money toward a new machine.
If the repair cost doesn’t make sense for the age and condition of the computer, We’ll say so — and help you choose something that actually fits how you use it.
