If a tape cannot be converted
Some old tapes are already damaged, mouldy or unreadable. If we cannot successfully convert a VHS tape, we do not charge the full conversion fee. A $10 assessment fee applies.

VHS to USB or MP4 is $35 per tape. VHS to DVD is $45 per tape. Extra DVD copies are $10 each, and a USB stick can be supplied for $10 if needed.
