• Data is stored on secure Australian-based infrastructure unless otherwise required
• Backups are encrypted and routinely tested
• Customer data is only accessed when necessary to support you
• We do not sell or share your data — ever

If a security incident occurs, we will:

• Contain the issue quickly
• Investigate the root cause
• Restore services safely
• Notify affected customers where required
• Report incidents in line with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme (where applicable)
• Implement safeguards to prevent repeat incidents

You’ll always get straight communication from us — not silence.

We align our practices with Australian requirements including:

• Australian Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme
• Industry best-practice hosting & IT security controls
