Most modern nbn®-compatible modems will work. If you are unsure, get in touch and we will let you know, or you can purchase one from us.

Many connections can complete quickly, but some can take up to 5 business days. If an appointment is required, we will let you know once the order is placed with nbn®.

This depends on your plan and connection type. Any applicable fees are shown clearly before you confirm your order.

It varies by location. The address checker will show whether your property uses FTTP, FTTN, FTTC, HFC, Fixed Wireless or another available technology.

If you move to a VoIP phone plan with us, number porting is available. Get in touch and we can talk through your options.

No. Our nbn® services are provided using IPv4 only — we do not currently offer IPv6 connectivity. This does not affect everyday browsing, streaming or gaming.
