Managed Microsoft 365 covers platform management, not end-user support.
The following services are not included and are billed separately:
- End-user technical support

- Internet, WiFi or printer support
- Migrations or project work
Support services are available under GippsHost’s standard support rates or via a separate support agreement.
Buying Microsoft 365 direct?
You’re welcome to purchase Microsoft 365 directly from Microsoft.
However, unmanaged Microsoft tenants are not covered under GippsHost Managed Microsoft 365.
Support for unmanaged tenants is billed at our premium consulting rate.
