How Remote Support Works
1) Go to help.gippshost.com.au
This link downloads our GippsHost remote support module powered by TeamViewer.
2) Open the Remote Support Tool
Run the file once it finishes downloading. You’ll see a one-time ID and Password on the screen.
3) Read Out the Code to Us
Tell us the ID and Password so we can securely connect. You stay in control the whole time.
4) We Fix the Issue While You Watch
We log in remotely and troubleshoot the problem. You can see everything — and you can end the session at any time.
If it turns out the issue needs hands-on work, we’ll arrange an on-site visit instead.

On-Site Support
$132 per hour (GST inc.)
Call-out may apply depending on location
Business hours and after-hours support available.
Remote Support
$132 per hour (GST inc.)
30-minute minimum: $66 (GST inc.)
Billed in fair 15-minute blocks after the first 30 minutes, so you only pay for the time you actually use.
